Manchester United ratings are in!
David De Gea:
The Spanish goalkeeper was let down by his defenders once again and was held pretty much helpless.
RATING:5
Luke Shaw:
Had a bit of a disappointing performance tonight and was caught by Felipe Anderson’s goal and didn’t close down Yarmolenko fast enough which lead to the 2nd goal.
RATING:5
Chris Smalling:
Looked out of place nor did he have help from his other defending team-mates.
RATING: 4
Lindelof:
Probably headed back to the bench after his performance and the own goal, looked out of place.
RATING:4
Young:
One of the few players trying to make an impact, assisted Rashford and was providing for Lukaku with decent service.
RATING: 6
McTominay:
Honestly forgot he was in the game for a while, Jose seems to be trying to test him in different positions. He should be loaned out.
RATING: 3
Matic:
Didn’t add too much for me, walking and just there.
RATING: 3
Pogba:
Really seems like he wants to play with his team mates but they don’t seem to match his ability, couldn’t make anything happen.
RATING:4
Fellaini:
Almost had himself yet another goal but was saved by Fabianski, probably the best midfield player tonight.
RATING: 6.5
Martial:
Wanted to get forward but didn’t have any magic to produce tonight.
RATING:5.5
Lukaku:
Nearly scored a header but came off the post, and that’s about it for the Belgian.
RATING:5
Substitutions:
Rashford:
The best player of the night for United, sparked some light with a lovely back heel that lead Man United to get a goal.
RATING: 7
Fred:
Should have started ahead of McTominay but came on for Pogba, couldn’t start a comeback.
RATING:5
Mata:
Didn’t add anything.
