France v Switzerland Preview

France will be looking to see off Switzerland as they go head to head in today’s round of 16 tie. Although France’s last match against Portugal was an intense match that ended in a 2-2 draw. Making them the top leader of Group F. Both teams will be looking for a win as they seek to scale through to the next round of the competition.


France are the most fans’ favorites to win this competition despite their sloppy victories and draws. They are the previous World Cup winners and that will give them a major boost to edge the Swiss side. A classy striker like Karim Benzema will be looking to continue his hot streak as he scored a brace against Portugal during their last time out. Will he continue that good run of form? Didier Dechamps will have to tweak his side to outplay and most importantly win confidently to boost their quest for the trophy. Will he maintain the same eleven that started against Portugal or make one or two changes to his French side?
