What can he bring to United in the future?

McNeill offers great potential to an already young Manchester United squad. At only 17, McNeill will have an opportunity to play with some of our young talents; Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Amad Diallo, Axel Tuanzebe, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Scott McTominay etc.

The young forward is strong in the air, two-footed and lethal in front of goal.

Controversial move…

McNeill joins several other players to have transferred between the two Manchester clubs. United fans will enjoy his decision to join the greater club in Manchester. City fans on the other hand will forever have a grudge against the 17 year old.

United fans will be hoping he will have a prospering career at United, scoring plenty of goals against our cross-city rivals. In fact, McNeill scored 4 goals against City in their recent derby fixture in the U18 league game, catching the eye of many United fans!
